Hange doesn't make Tess wait. She is quite punctual, especially when meeting with inmates, actually. The nicer clothes do not draw comment from her. She does not read Tess as a person who wants a large to-do made over these things.

Hange herself looks pretty gaunt. Dark circles under her eyes, complexion a bit off. She unlocks the door with her warden item and gestures Tess ahead without bringing up her own peaked appearance though.
