Ellie's interested in the conversation and the painting, but the conversation takes some precedence. She kinda loves it when they talk about things that she can only imagine--though there are plenty of movie nights here, and a sizable collection of DVDs to pick from. It's one way to glimpse into the past, when it's not fantasy, and see how Joel and Tess might have lived before.

"Now you're both sounding ancient," Ellie grins. "But I'm pretty sure anything about space is way better."

Because space? Is the best. You know the moment she finds any of those glow in the dark stars and planets, they're going on the ceiling.
